Chef and TV cook Ed Hoogendijk has left the Netherlands for breathtaking Ibiza after 30 years as a high-level hospitality entrepreneur.
In 2018, Ed went on an adventure with his family by moving to Ibiza. He soon lost his heart to the island. Especially the pure, local and fresh products caught Ed's attention.

From 16:00, you can join us for delicious cocktails and bites like Crispy Coconut Shrimps, Crispy Wasabi Tuna, Jambon Iberico, Bittergarnituur, and Gazpacho.
From 19:00 onwards, we welcome you to make use of our Japanese robata grills on your own table. The BBQ menu includes Salmon, Seabass, Tuna, Steak of beef, Sirloin, Chicken Skewers and Mixed vegetables.
Our garden terrace
Dine between the banana and palm trees with views over the Balearic sea. We have a large corner terrace that is covered by bamboo and sunscreens.
